Clay Garber is as good as it gets! We are a military family and have bought all three of our homes remotely and have had to hire realtors virtually which comes with its challenges. This time we had more specific criteria for our home search and more challenging life circumstances so having someone who listened, was proactive and communicative was incredible. From the beginning it felt like Clay made our needs his priority.

We were undecided on new construction and buying a little older home and Clay was incredibly knowledgeable about both. He has builder connections that made that a viable option but he also knows the area and its construction like the back of his hand. When we finally landed on our home he was able to tell us about the materials used that year of construction etc.

Through the closing process he was always willing to go above and beyond. He was always willing to FaceTime and do walk throughs with us over the phone. Our lives have been hectic in recent months and having Clay stay on top of us and making sure we were checking all the necessary boxes made the process just too easy. We wouldn’t think twice about working with him again. We are so glad we found him!
